Spa Membership FAQ's
Are member services available any day and time?
Your Monthly Membership Service can be used anytime during business hours Monday–Friday, depending
on availability. Your 10% discount on additional spa services, 15% off at Pur Skin at Gene Juarez and 20% spa retail discount can be used at anytime.
Can I receive my member services and discounts at all locations?
YES! Your spa membership benefits can be used at any Gene Juarez Salon & Spa location.
Can I prebook my appointment?
YES! We recommend you prebook your next Member Service while you are checking out, so you are sure to
have the date and time that works best for your schedule.
What if I need to reschedule my monthly member service?
Give us at least three hours’ notice by calling to reschedule your service. If you “no show” your monthly membership service, it will count as your service for that month.
What if I am not able to use my monthly service? Does it carry over?
You will receive one monthly membership service on the 1st of the month. Your monthly membership service expires on the last day of the calendar month. Services do not carry over to the next month.
What can I use my 10% spa service discount on?
You can use your 10% spa service discount on any regularly priced spa service, excluding waxing and skin care extras: lash enhancements, fills, removals and brow and lash tinting.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel after your initial 6-month agreement term, email email@example.com with your name and Member Salon Location by the 15th of the preceding month.
How am I billed?
All of our members are autocharged and our secure billing system will charge you on the 1st of the month. Your Environmental Stewardship Fee is included in your monthly charge.
What if I have questions about my membership or billing?
