Since reopening in June, we’re proud to have welcomed over 100,000 guests through the doors of our salons and spas with zero known COVID spread. But our record of safety isn’t luck.
Designed and approved by our in-house Medical Expert who led the COVID-19 task forces for local hospitals, fortune 50 companies and the largest foundations in the world, our COVID protocol ensure a safe and relaxing visit for you. In addition to some digital enhancements we’ve made to our guest experience, like cashless transactions and auto check-in/out, we’re putting just as much care into what’s unseen during your visit. We’ve made upgrades to our HVAC systems at all locations to ensure that the air filtration is industry-best.
