"Flyaway Color Block" Collection

With this modern, artistic look for day, clean neutrals serve as a counterpoint to luscious shades of orange, poppy and salmon. The hair's soft layers frame the face while offering plenty of movement and shine. Makeup takes its cue from fashion, pairing fresh-looking skin and a subdued eye with a soft melon lip. Design inspiration: Jil Sander.

Gene Juarez Makeup

Face: Mocha Mates Mineral Bronzer, Mineral Blush in Louie Louie.
Eyes: # 201, #215, and #542 Shadows; Mohagany Luxe Liner; Super Lash Mascara.
Lips: Ginger Lipliner, Puyallup Pucker Lipstick.
Tip: Shades of rosy red and nectar for the lips will instantly brighten any complexion. For longer-lasting color, apply with a lip brush.

Here's how you can achieve your own soft, shiny look: Cleanse and condition with Bain Miroir and Chroma Reflect Soin Riche (color-treated hair) or Bain Satin 2 and Nutridéfense (dry hair). Apply Ciment Thermique to help strengthen weak hair. Work in Lait Nutri-Sculpt, a smoothing foundation with thermal protection. Blow-dry and finish with Double Force hairspray.
Tip: For the best results, apply products to your hair when it's damp, not soaking wet.
