I was married to my husband for 46 years who passed in January of 2010. I have two grown sons and a get-away home on Lopez Island. I spend my spare time consulting with groups doing special events, being with friends and enjoying family.

How does GJ impact your everyday life?
GJ is like my extended family. Each stylist has amazing talent, and they are important to my self-esteem. As I age, I am very conscious of how I look. When I appear in front of a group, my self-esteem is intact, because I know I look my best.

How long have you been a guest of GJ?
25 years! I think of my stylist and greeters as friends.

How do you feel after you leave GJ?
I feel confident. I tell my friends that the customer service is wonderful and your stylist being on time is respectful.

How do you give back to the community?
I am very involved by raising money through charity fundraising auctions.
