How will I receive the Instant Gift Card?
You will receive two emails within minutes of placing your order. The first is a confirmation of your order and the second email has an attachment, either at the top or bottom of the page, as a PDF file. Simply open the file and print the Instant Gift Card.
What if I don't receive the Instant Gift Card right away?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the emails to come through. If you don't receive both of your emails within 10 minutes, please contact us at 206.861.0909 for assistance.
What if I don't receive my email with the Instant Gift Card attachment?
It is possible that our emails were routed to your Spam/Junk Mail Folder. If it is not there, please call 206.861.0909 for assistance.
Can I email the Instant Gift Card to the recipient?
Yes. After receiving both your emails, simply forward the email with the PDF attachment. The recipient can open the attachment and print the Gift Card.
Why can't I open the attachment?
In order to open the PDF, you will need to have a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don’t have it on your computer, you can click on the link in the email to download Adobe, or you can download it here. <link>
What if I can't print the Instant Gift Card?
If you are having problems printing the gift card for any reason, please call 206.861.0909 for assistance.
Why can't I place an order for an Instant Gift Card from Canada?
Our apologies, but at this time we cannot process Instant Gift Cards with billing addresses outside of the United States. We can, however, process Standard/By Mail Gift Cards for customers outside the United States. Click here to place your order. <link to standard/by mail order form>

How long does it take for delivery of a Gift Card when ordered online or by phone?
Regular delivery is 7-10 days
Express delivery is 1-2 business days (no Saturday/Sunday deliveries and please note that FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box)
* Please make sure that there will be an adult available to sign for all Express orders
Why can't I place an order for standard gift cards online from Canada?
Sometimes our system does not recognize either bank information or Canadian postal codes. Please call 206.861.0909 for assistance. We will be happy to place the order over the phone for you.
* At this time we cannot process Printable Gift Cards with billing addresses outside of the United States.
I'm in the armed services stationed overseas. How can I place an order?
You can either place it online or over the phone (please call 206.861.0909) with one of our Guest Reservations Specialists, as long as the Credit card has a United States billing address.

What is the difference between a regular Gift Card and a Series Collection Gift Card?
The Series Collection is a group of select services in an array of 6, 8, or 12 appointments. You simply choose the service, and the number of services, you would like to receive or that have been recommended for you. You will then receive our Spa Series Card with your series information. Our Guest Service Representatives will use your card to keep track of your services.
Can I use my Series Collection Gift Card for other services or products?
Unfortunately, this card is designed only for the services you purchased. If you would like to use it for other than the designated Series program you purchased, we can redeem it and place the remaining balance on a gift card for you.
May I refund my Series Collection Gift Card?
Unfortunately, no. This card is like cash and may not be returned. Again, it can be transferred to a gift card to be used for any products or services.
What are the different levels for?
Each level has a higher savings and added benefits for our guests. Regardless of level, each guest becomes a member of our coveted VIP email list for special offers, events, and Gene Juarez news; a complimentary Kérastase treatment with your next hair service; and then, according to your level, 10-30% off one day of services and/or products.
Can I use the Series Collection Gift Card for a group or party?
Yes, the Series Collection Gift Card is not limited to a single person. A Spa Party is a wonderful way to share the pampering with friends and family.
Do I have to use my Series Collection Gift Card at one location or can I use it at multiple locations?
You can receive your services at any location, but generally, we encourage you to see the same therapist.

How do I order Corporate Gift Cards?
It’s simple, just email Matt Brown, Corporate Account Manager, at corporateprograms@genejuarez.com or call 425.748.1588 and your request will be processed immediately.
How can the Corporate Gift Card be used?
Your corporate gift card can be applied towards salon and spa products, services or gratuities of your choice. They do not expire and can be used at any Gene Juarez Salons & Spas location <link to Salons & Spas> including our Advanced Training Salon <link to ATS> and Gene Juarez Academies <link to Academy>.
Can the Corporate Gift Card be ordered in any denomination or in any quantity?
There is no minimum quantity required and it can be loaded with any denomination.
How does the Corporate Gift Card differ from the regular gift card?
Corporate Gift Cards offer a volume rewards program for companies and groups that include corporate discounts and corporate spa parties.
What are my shipping options and the delivery time estimate on corporate gift card orders?
Orders for corporate gift cards are processed within 24 hours upon receipt of payment or approval of credit card payment. We offer free standard ground shipping via UPS. Free FedEx shipping is available for our corporate customers. Also, personal delivery is available upon request.
Does the Corporate Gift Card expire? Are there dormancy fees?
No. It does not expire and there are no dormancy fees.
