Mindy graduated from the Gene Juarez Academy cosmetology program and enrolled in the Gene Juarez Instructor Training program. After completing the IT Program in 1997, she started working as an Instructor at our Gene Juarez Academy North Campus. At the North Campus, she instructed new Cosmetology Students on the art and science of the beauty industry.
She was quickly promoted to the Director of Education. In this role, she was responsible for supervising and supporting the instructors to ensure that we graduate students who will be successful in their cosmetology careers. In 2005, Mindy became the Campus Director for the Gene Juarez Academy North Campus. She is responsible for the success of the campus by providing leadership and inspirational support to all staff and students.
Mindy is a standout member of the Gene Juarez family because of her focus on quality. She is an artist, so she understands the creative needs of our students; she is an educator and can relate to the expectations of our education team; and Mindy is a sharp business person...which makes her a fantastic Campus Director. She knows the Gene Juarez Academy inside and out, and we are very lucky to have her on our team!
