Lisha started her Gene Juarez career in 1991 working as a Dispenser at our Tacoma Salon & Spa. Lisha’s career path is a great example of the type of career growth one can experience while working for Gene Juarez. After working as a Dispenser, she transferred to a Front Desk Receptionist position and later became a Guest Services Representative. Within a couple years of her employment, she was promoted to management and has since worked in various management positions at 4 of our salon locations and our Advanced Training Salon.
Lisha's versatile leadership style enables her to adapt to the needs of the business, staff and guests. Her goal is to make every situation a win-win and to give everyone the opportunity to "strut their stuff" whether they are an Artist, Therapist, Manager, or Support Staff Member – so they can reach their next level of “enlightenment!” Collaboration and coaching are Lisha’s strengths, and her team always feels that they are able to grow. As Lisha has proven again and again, you can be anything your heart desires!!
